FESTIVAL
The 4th Street Festival
of the Arts & Crafts
. . . was created in 1977 by Bloomington, Indiana area artists and craftspeople to showcase southern Indiana talent. The fair has grown to include artists from all over the country.
PARKING
Downtown Bloomington has a variety of parking to choose from. The parking garage on 4th Street between Walnut and College is CLOSED this year. This year due to the Pride Festival on Saturday, there will be a SHUTTLE SERVICE on Saturday from the Convention Center to the fair. Street Parking is free all day Sunday.
